Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer standard and express shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount, as mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping:
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made stationery

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale products

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@glowcart.com to initiate a return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@glowcart.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
